Merry Christmas that was.

Merry Christmas / Mere Kirihimete

Ah Christmas.
My most favourite time of the year.
What a nice one it was.
The meal eaten, a game of Seinfeld Clue played, DVDs enjoyed (The Railway Children, and A Christmas Carol), and The Santa Clause on TV at night. And a smattering of presents with the all important Liquorice Allsorts under the tree, thank you lads!
The weather was wet and cold, which is neat when you cook a traditional  roast dinner in summer. The pavlova was amazing, as well. I have finally mastered them.
The Santa bears will stay put until twelfth night but before then, there's New Year. It will be quiet, too, just the way I like it. A great time to plan out my 2019 writing year.
I hope your Christmas was peaceful, too.
Only 51 weeks to go until the next one...
