I've been watching a bit lately, as I recovered from the concussion (which I mentioned in my recent newsletter.) Unable to read or write for the first few weeks, my survival was that I could watch TV after a fashion, from a distance, and often not looking directly at the screen initially, just listening, thank goodness for the TV.
Here are some of the programmes I really liked:
DRIVE TO SURVIVE. I do love the Formula 1 and was hanging out for the new series. I also re-watched some of the previous seasons, and now the racing is back on, yay, yay, yay, go Kimi, Oscar, Lewis, Ollie and Liam! (Can't have just the one favourite, no siree)
INSIDE WINDSOR CASTLE: This was terrific on the royals and also some great history. Very easy and interesting to watch for history or royal buffs. Even though I have watched events at Windsor like weddings, I still never really got just what its all about at the castle.
RICHARD OSMAN HOUSE OF GAMES: This is the new weekly favourite in the household and we just love it. Every night at 7.25, it's on. I love the prizes, I love the fun games, and the contestants are great, too. Just a really neat programme.
THE MARLOW MURDER CLUB: This was so good, three women band together to solve murders in the village of Marlow. I hope there are heaps more programmes.
And that's enough viewing I think.
